Every order ships fully insured and tracked, packaged in a small linen pouch inside a signed wooden box. EU delivery is 2–4 working days; outside the EU, 5–8 working days.
Yes. You have 30 days to send any unworn piece back for a full refund or exchange — no questions, no restocking fees. Engraved or commissioned pieces are final.
We work with recycled 14k and 18k gold and recycled sterling silver — never plated or filled. Stones are responsibly sourced and disclosed on each piece.
If a ring doesn't sit right, we resize it for life — at the atelier, at no cost. Just send it back; you'll have it home again in two weeks.
Wear it daily — that's the point. Take it off for the gym, the sea and the shower. A soft cloth keeps it bright; once a year, send it back and we'll re-polish it for free.
Manufacturing defects are covered for life. Stones, clasps, and chains are repaired or replaced free during normal wear. Accidental damage is repaired at cost — usually for less than you'd think.
